As we make all our pies from scratch we do require orders to be placed by 9pm 2 days prior to pickup. For example if you would like to pickup a pie anytime on Friday, the order needs to be placed by 9pm on Wednesday. Sometimes - often during the holidays - we may have to stop accepting orders once we reach our capacity. We hate to do this, but it is necessary to maintain the quality of our pies.

JEFFERSONVILLE PIE - $27.00
We spike our maple pecan pie with chocolate chips and bourbon and dress it with stripes of chocolate ganache.
MAPLE PECAN PIE - $27.00
Maple provides a more complex sweetness to our pecan pie.
PEANUT BUTTER PIE - $24.00
A sweet peanut butter filling in a ginger snap crust topped with chocolate ganache and chopped salted peanuts.
S'MORE PIE - $25.00
Serve up S'MORE PIE at your next campfire. Goes great with ghost stories & sing-alongs. No stick whittlin' required.

Our decadent chocolate take on the Southern staple. We use single bean 70% Venezuelan chocolate. Customers nicknamed this the "Brownie Pie."

This pie is a staple in old school seafood shacks along the Eastern Seaboard. It combines a creamy, tangy lemon filling with a saltine cracker pie shell. Then it is topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream to make a wonderfully refreshing pie.

Fresh squeezed Key limes and a crisp ginger snap crust are the secrets to our version of this iconic pie. Topped with whipped cream.

A NOTE ABOUT REHEATING SAVORY PIES AND QUICHES. - $0.00
Pre-ordered savory pies and quiches require reheating before serving. Pies are fully baked and then cooled and refrigerated for food safety. Pies purchased frozen are a pre-cooked filling in an unbaked crust. Instructions for reheating or baking are available by clicking the button to the left at the top of this menu.
