Evanston shop is now taking orders for the 4th of July weekend (July 4th-7th).
For these four days we will only be taking orders for the pies listed below. The first 6 sweet pies do not have to be refrigerated and are therefore ideal for cookouts. The last 4 (Chocolate Cream, Coconut Cream w/Strawberries, Hoosier Sugar Cream, & Key Lime) all require refrigeration. All of the savory items require refrigeration as well.

An Indiana farm classic. A sweet creamy brown sugar filling inside a buttery pie crust.

Fresh squeezed Key limes and a crisp ginger snap crust are the secrets to our version of this iconic pie. Topped with whipped cream.
A NOTE ABOUT REHEATING SAVORY PIES AND QUICHES. - $0.00
Pre-ordered savory pies and quiches require reheating before serving. Pies are fully baked and then cooled and refrigerated for food safety. Pies purchased frozen are a pre-cooked filling in an unbaked crust. Instructions for reheating or baking are available by clicking the button to the left at the top of this menu.

Chunks of chicken, potatoes, carrots, and peas sauted in a sherry cream sauce and baked in thyme flecked pie crust.
FROZEN CHICKEN POT PIE - $36.00
A frozen chicken pot pie you can bake at home at your convenience. Heating instructions included.
PORK-APPLE-SAGE SUPPER PIE - $36.00
Pork sausage, apples, onions, & potatoes sauted together and finished with a grainy mustard and creme fraiche, tucked into a Hoosier Mama pie crust.
ROASTED VEGGIE PIE - $32.00
Roasted squash, red pepper, rutabaga, celeriac and spinach are blended with feta cheese and tucked between 2 buttery crusts.
QUICHE LUANN - $28.00
Our creamy quiche with bacon onion and cheddar.
