Our Chicago Oven Schedule is Set!

We cannot take any more pre-orders for the week of Christmas.

If you have not pre-ordered ...
We will be baking extra pies to be available in the shop on a first come, first served basis. Pies cannot be reserved by phone.

Friday Dec 22nd
Door Opens at 8am

Saturday Dec 23rd
Door Opens at 9am

Sunday Dec 24th
Door Opens at 8am

If you have already pre-ordered
Your order is secured and will be ready for you at the pickup time you selected. If you have an early pickup time and there is a first come first serve line, please enter through the west door to pick up your order. If you are running a little late do not worry. We will not sell your pie. You only need to call if you can't make it and need for us to hold your order for the next day OR if you going to arrive after noon on Christmas Eve morning. We will be selling any extra pies at 12:30 on Christmas Eve day. The shop will close at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It will close at Noon on Sunday.

Starting on Friday we will only be selling 9 inch pies. No 6 inch pies or slices will be available.

The pie shop will close at Noon on Christmas Eve and remain closed through December 26th. We will reopen on Wednesday December 27th.
