Our Evanston Oven Schedule is Set!

We cannot take any more pre-orders for the week of Christmas.

If you have not pre-ordered ...
We will be baking extra pies to be available in the shop on a first come, first served basis. Pies cannot be reserved by phone.

Friday Dec 22nd
Door Opens at 8am

Saturday Dec 23rd
Door Opens at 8am

Sunday Dec 24th
Door Opens at 8am

If you have already pre-ordered
Your order is secured and will be ready for you at the time you selected. If you are running a little late, don't worry we will not sell your pie. You only need to call us if you cannot make your pickup date and need us to hold your order until the next day OR if you are going to arrive after 12 pm on Christmas Eve day. We will be selling any extra pies at 12:30 on Christmas Eve day. The shop will close at 8pm on Friday and Saturday. It will close at Noon on Sunday.

Starting Friday we will only be selling 9 inch pies. No 6 inch pies will be available. We will have our regular offerings of pastries, biscuit sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and of course lots of coffee and espresso!

The Evanston shop will be taking a small break after Christmas and will reopen on Wednesday December 27th at 8am!
