Coconut Cream Pie


Light pastry cream made with coconut milk. Toasted coconut above and fresh coconut flakes below. The bottom crust is brushed with a thin layer of white chocolate


Filling ingredients: Coconut milk, coconut flake, milk, eggs, sugar, corn starch, gelatin,butter, vanilla paste, salt, white chocolate, heavy cream, White chocolate.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Eggs, cream, milk, gelatin.

Care: This pie must be refrigerated.
