Boston Cream Cake

Every once in a while we get a call asking if we have Boston Cream Pie. To which we always explain that we do not because it is actually a cake. But then we thought wait… Why NOT? We presents to you: The Boston Cream Cake (get it because it is actually a pie). A fudge vanilla base with a custard middle and a cake top doused in chocolate glaze.

Filling ingredients: Chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, milk, cream, corn syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla paste, salt.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Eggs, milk, cream.

Care: Refrigeration required.
