Cranberry Pucker Pie
Spiced cranberries beneath a tart lemon filling in a shortbread crumb crust and topped with vanilla whipped cream. Inspired by the New York Times Cooking Cranberry Lemon Bar.
Filling ingredients: Cranberries, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, orange juice, vanilla, heavy cream.
Crust ingredients: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, vanilla.
Allergens: Eggs, cream.
Care: This pie must be refrigerated.
