Jeffersonville Pie

A pecan pie with maple, chocolate, and bourbon. Striped across the top with chocolate ganache.

Filling ingredients: Pecans, maple syrup, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, butter, salt, bourbon, chocolate
Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Pecans, eggs, Bourbon.

Care: This pie does not need to be refrigerated, but ganache stripes may melt a little if left out.

Backstory: This reminds some people of Derby Pie, but Derby Pie is a trademark registered to a very litigious bakery in Louisville KY. Our pie is named for the Indiana town clear across the Ohio river from Louisville.
