Mexican Chocolate Chess Pie


Our chocolate chess pie enhanced with smoky ancho chilies, Mexican (Ceylon) cinnamon, and pinch of cayenne for a little heat. Served with a dollop of house made orange infused crema. Que Rico!


Filling ingredients: Chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cornmeal, ancho chilies, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla paste, salt.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Crema ingredients:  Heavy cream, sour cream, orange zest. Allergens: Eggs, milk wash on crust.

Care: Refrigeration required for the crema. The pie can set out for up to three days.
