Mexican Chocolate Cream Pie
This pie is inspired by the flavors of Oaxacan chocolate.
A chocolate cookie crumb shell filled with a layer of fudgey chocolate ganache, toasted chopped almonds and topped with chocolate pastry cream infused with chilis, almonds and cinnamon
Filling ingredients: Gelatin, milk, cream, almonds, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, chocolate, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, arbol chilis, cayenne pepper.
Crust ingredients: Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, salt, baking soda, milk, vanilla paste
Allergens: Almonds, milk, heavy cream, eggs, gelatin
Care: This pie must be refrigerated.
