Passion Fruit Meringue Pie

Passion fruit curd topped with a billowy cloud of creamy Swiss meringue. The bottom crust is brushed with a thin layer of white chocolate.

Filling ingredients: Passion fruit puree, leaf gelatin, butter, sugar, egg yolks. White Chocolate.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Eggs, gelatin.

Care: This pie must be refrigerated.

This is one of our customer favorites. While our lemon meringue can be too tart for some, it seems everyone loves the passion fruit meringue.
