Peanut Cluster Parfait

A new pie for 2020! A thin layer of pure caramel below a thick layer of rich caramel chocolate pastry cream. Garnished with salted candied peanuts.

Filling ingredients: Chocolate, milk, eggs, sugar, corn starch, butter, vanilla paste, gelatin, salt, heavy cream, peanuts.

Crust ingredients:  Flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, red wine vinegar

Allergens: Peanuts, gelatin, heavy cream, milk, eggs

Care: This pie must be refrigerated.
