Regarding non Pi Day orders: As we make all our pies from scratch we do require orders to be placed by 9pm 2 days prior to pickup. For example if you would like to pickup a pie anytime on Friday, the order needs to be placed by 9pm on Wednesday. Sometimes - often during the holidays - we may have to stop accepting orders once we reach our capacity. We hate to do this, but it is necessary to maintain the quality of our pies.

Orders over $100 must be pre-paid at least 48 hours in advance of pickup. Credit card payments can be made by calling the shop during business hours. Ring:312-243-4846.

Pre-ordered savory pies and quiches require reheating before serving. Pies are fully baked and then cooled and refrigerated for food safety. Pies purchased frozen are a pre-cooked filling in an unbaked crust. Instructions for reheating or baking are available by clicking the button to the left at the top of this menu.
